today had gb PD training from 9am!
we had combine practice with band! gaah, so embarassing cause keep missing out steps and mixing up the countings and not following the beat. ):
we learnt new steps! quite cool (:

although not performing, but i could feel the pressure and the anxiety.

saturday we had bbq cause its the last day of gb meeting. (:
we bbqed satays, sausages, super hard crabsticks, poppy popcorns and 粘粘滑滑的棉花软糖 !
we ate like fat pigs who never been fed for years.
in the end still cannot finish, so use zhong ji 密码 to finish the food.
we all gained weight that day! :D

2nd day though lesser people and i think not as fun as the first day but still quite fun.
we like pig, eat that tray of fried rice, sausage.
at first wanted sleep, slept for 10 mins, wake up then cannot sleep ler-.-
so we went down. eat half of the big big watermelon and then crackers and biscuits.
everyone slept early. ): except for the few of us. (:
then we watched this show, that show.

my greatest achievement--> staying up all the way to 6am watching Martha.

after kick kick thinking how the 3 of us going to squeeze in that sofa and we threw jiawei out!
and then we snore on the hard hard sofa!
2 and half hrs later, wake up. Stare in space. Eat bread with ham and Cowhead cheese. and watch Okto and then snore.

I am so happy, i finally swallowed the half dose of panadol last night to cure my headache.
i finally swallowed, oh my god, what an achievement!
On friday, had a bad gastric pain. On friday onwards, my tummy wasnt kind to me.

pooh, i'm scared about the results. hoo boy.

today after exams, we walk walk walk. this hong xing and harrison stood in the middle of the road talking and nearly got crashed by the lorry. Tell them got lorry, they stood there stare at the lorry, EXACTLY LIKE THE DRAMA ON CHANNEL 8 LARH. Those type that dunno how to run when see car coming to crash them.
Then i saw Calista. (:

AND today we went out! and to : andrea tianyi and harrison, THANKS ALOT for pangseh-ing us man. and THANKS ALOT to ming chuan and hong xing for asking us go bishan from dhoby ghaut and then pang seh us there. The pathetic "US" is yenna and me.
at dhoby, we saw a guy @ long johns with bright shocking red hair. like clown whic covers his one eye.
You know what, you know what?!
at dhoby, ming chuan hong xing and us went to prize station to play.
i finally caught a toy! A TOY from that "machine where you spent $1 and try catch that one" not only one...BUT TWO! oh my god, what an achievement!
at dhoby, we wanted to catch april's bride @ 2 plus. but some idiots asked us J8. so we followed the idiots.
Then at dhoby mrt, i accidentally forgotten to tap when i go out. then i got stuck outside. but later still got in.
Then HONG XING WHO HAVE NO SENSE OF DIRECTION got lost in dhoby ghaut interchange. Cause we play play play, thinking of whether should take red line or purple then yellow line to bishan, then hong xing anyhow run run run, run until lost-.- He like never come dhoby ghaut before like that.
Then at J8, they ran home and leaving us there. We still wanted to catch the show then ran to the nearest cinema cos J8 dont have. Go there only have The Deadly Tsunami.
And we watched AND ITS DAMN NICE and sad, I TELL YOU. SHOULD GO WATCH AND BRING A PACKET OF TISSUE! cause we cried like hell.
Then went we wanted to go MRT, i realised that i lost my wallet! Then ran up to cinema and asked the counter lady whether can go in check, SHE TELL ME CANNOT, we told her we were in a hurry(yenna need rush to violin). Then they take a long time to check.

But in the end, i still got back my wallet. DAMN HENG AR!

yeah we went home, i learnt 3 things today: 1) LEARN HOW TO RUN LIKE MAD @ 700.1 KM/HOUR just in case got tsuami, at least im safe cause tsunami travels @ 700km/h. LEARN HOW TO CLIMB UP A TREE AND GO FOR ROCK CLIMBING, just in case got tsunami come, i know how climb high high. another one is: CHECK WHETHER I LOST SOMETHING WHENEVER I LEAVE A PLACE. (:

I shook my head in disbelief. This couldn’t be the right place. After all, I couldn't possibly be welcome here. I had been given an invitation several times, by several different people, and had finally decided to see what this place was all about. But, this just couldn’t be the right place. Quickly, I glanced down at the invitation that clutched in my hand. I scanned past the words, "Come as you are. No jacket required," and found the location.

Yes, I was at the right place. I peered through the window again and saw a room of people whose faces seemed to glow with joy. All were neatly dressed, adorned in fine garments and appeared strangely clean as they dined at this exquisite restaurant. Ashamed, I looked down at my own tattered and torn clothing, covered in stains. I was dirty, in fact, filthy.

A foul smell seemed to consume me and I couldn’t shake the grime that clung to my body. As I turned around to leave, the words from the invitation seemed to leap out at me, "Come as you are. No jacket required."

I decided to give it a shot. Mustering up every bit of courage I could find, I opened the door to this restaurant and walked up to a man standing behind a podium. Your name, sir?" he asked me with a smile. "Daniel F. Renken," I mumbled without looking up. I thrust my hands deep into my pockets, hoping to conceal their stains. He didn't seem to notice the filth that I was covered in and he continued, "Very good, sir. A table is reserved in your name. Would you like to be seated?" I couldn’t believe what I heard! A grin broke out on my face and I said, "Yes, of course! "He led me to a table and, sure enough, there was a placard with my name written on it in a deep, dark red.

As I browsed over a menu, I saw many delightful items listed. There were things like, "peace," "joy," "blessings," "confidence," "assurance," "hope," "love," "faith," and "mercy." I realized that this was no ordinary restaurant! I flipped the menu back to the front in order to see where I was. "God's Grace," was the name of this place!

The man returned and said, "I recommend the 'Special of the Day'." With it, you are entitled to heaping portions of everything on this menu." You've got to be kidding! I thought to myself. You mean, I can have ALL of this! "What is the 'Special of the Day,' I asked with excitement ringing in my voice. "Salvation," was his reply. "I'll take it," I practically cried out. Then, as quickly as I made that statement, the joy left my body. A sick, painful ache jerked through my stomach and tears filled my eyes. Between my sobs I said, "Mister, look at me. I'm dirty and nasty. I'm unclean and unworthy of such things. I'd love to have all of this, but, I Just can't afford it."

Undaunted, the man smiled again. "Sir, your check has already been taken care of by that Gentleman over there," he said pointing to the front of the room. "His Name is Jesus."

Turning, I saw a man whose very presence seemed to light the room. He was almost too much to look at. wednesday had some award ceremony at science centre. The talk by the emcee and the ang moh professor was super boring, but the talk by the young woman with a funny voice was very cool, i cant believe i was paying attention to her talk!
Free time and we played around like we first time come here like that but very fun(:

and yesterday had SL workshop at AVA.
The workshop was delayed until 0930 then start, then 1615 end.
The talk was long however was really fun and beneficial, i really enjoyed it and i think i learnt alot. Games was also very fun and i understood alot through the games. (:

Yesterday had teachers day celebration.
then cabbed down to qnps.
when i was like hailing the cab, then some unreasonable people started stealing my cab and blocking my way! D:

today went pasir ris park for the maths trail amazing race with 3G. (:
it was fun!
at first, it was like going to pour heavily, but in the end there's only a small drizzle and then stop!
yenna and me stationed ourselves @the first station.
then wait for all the groups to finish drawing the object with the scale 1:25.
3G is a fun loving class (:

then yenna forgotten to give some groups the second station task. then we ran like 2.4 km all the way to second station, very crazy lor.

moe and me reached mrt then wait for lin hui, in the end decided not to so went in first, took basket, pull down bag, then walk!

i think i'm gonna have a nightmare saying " excuse me, we are raising funds for the Singapore Cancer Society, would you like to help too?" for a thousand times.
Morning business is better then afternoon and evening lor.
because we went up the 6th floor asking the mummies and daddies to buy muffins and flowers for their kiddos (:
but in the end this stupid security guard came and say cannot sell, we didnt care, so continue. in the end, he followed us all the way to the booth, then complained that 6th floor, 5th floor, 4th floor called and complained, then cannot sell in mall so go outside sell lor.
we also gave out flyers. some dont want to take. some take to fan themselves. some take and read(:
i seen lots of different singaporeans.
some, even though knew its hard to part with hard-earned money, still chose to give us extra donations apart from buying the flowers for those cancer patients, three cheers to them! :D
some still stop and reply us that they're not interested.
some just can't be bother, and carry on what they're doing, even a reply from them seems too troublesome, tsk.

i promise that next time i will at least take their flyers or just donate a little!

Saturday went to GBC for Promotion Service to get our ranks!
Chinyi and me were the 2 earliest bird, we reached like 8.13 when it starts at 9.30, super kiasu.
I met lots of CTC09 officers, but alot of them don't remember me, including mdm margaret lee! ):
After worship and getting of ranks, ms chan drove mrs ng car and sent us back to yyss.
back in yyss, we got back on time to play games with the rests of the girls, and i laughed non stop-.-

Today went to Kovan hub to serve for a dinner for international workers with LSBC people.
There's myammar, india, china, malaysia, bangladesh, thailand, phillipines. The workers are very friendly one although its hard for us to communicate(i don't speak myammist)
I served myammar table 30 with Joshhuah, he very cool one.
then i met this chin hong, he looked so young but already 17 ler, he also very cool one.
its my first time, serving like a waitress, clean like a waitress, talk like a waitress-.-
Its like the guests sit on the chairs, we stand. They eat, we see them eat-.-
Very tiring but its very fun.
I serve them food, help them change their plates, sing along, dance along, go hyper along and its very tiring, but when i see them smile and laugh, i think its all worth it, its so rewarding. (:
The workers must have so much fun eating and talking, i had my fun serving them.

Giving is a blessing.

the playground is cool, steamboat was nice!

then we went cycling to denise's house to take drink-.-

they carried the bikes over the overhead bridge then cycle until denise's place.
i cant believe we walked down that super long dark steep path. Its so scary and super dark can.

Friday is like Saturday, Saturday is like Sunday, Sunday is today, which is like any normal teenager day.
Plurking plurking and more plurking(a thing more IN than msn), Mio Tv, mio tv and more mio tv.

Our youlixia laoshi is like going back to china, then here comes the zhang laoshi, he speaks like a chinese, i dont even get a word he's saying. He wastes alot of time, we told him that he needs to quicken up, instead of doing so, he scolded us, how lame. Then at the end rush like mad dog when going through ke wen, dont understand what the hell he's saying.
In the end, left half an hour to do the practice paper. Then all of us started shouting the answers out loud then everyone copy, everyone got the same answers.
The point is, the teacher is stupid and i hate him(going to bully him all the way until he quits and ask lixia laoshi to come back) and our class is united even though we just know each other this year, how sweet(:

we wanted to take cab home, but we don't know where take, then we thought Guifang's group also take cab, and thought they were behind us, thought they following us.

Then when we reached a turn, then we don't know should turn anot, then look behind got xinyuan's people behind us, then we thought guifang's group behind them so we thought walk straight correct.

walk walk walk, reached another turn, xinyuan's people go into that turn. Then we look behind again, nobody behind already.

We were like oh my god, did we walk the wrong way or something, why nobody one.

Wanted to ask the people at those bbq pits, but then all of them looked so scary and like ah beng kind, then we don't dare ask already.

Then call yenna for help, then we walk walk walk until East Coast mac, wait for taxi at taxi stand.

then when its our turn to go on the cab, you know what happened.

This couple, the wife is pregnant(so what), then when we walking to the cab, they snatched our cab and go!

Then we had to wait for another one, wait wait wait, another cab turned in and this time round, we run to the taxi like mad singaporeans, then i was like down there, thinking i didn't know that going home can be so scary and you don't know your way back and so dark with so many bengs around half naked, should have hop into yenna's car and go home.

but then finally reached home :)

Thank God we all reached home safely.

Today i went to watch Dance Subaru and i cried my way through the whole movie.

oh my god, its just so touching can.

after seeing that movie, it gave me the urge to learn ballet, can you imagine me dancing ballet?

Really, i can't believe i cried, i never cry for a silly movie(only once, when Pikachu leaves Ash, how sad ): ).

But i'm not the only one, i heard stiffling from behind, sideways, infront and all over.

You all should go watch and start bawling like me (:

Roll Call @ 7.37, and i was late(overslept) and the whole world started calling me(:

After putting bags @ mph, they told us to fall in.

I thought we are going for kayaking, but actually they told us to change into fall u within 5 mins, to save time, we change in mph openly but still we were late.

Then fall in, i thought we are going to do drills, but actually they told us to change out of full u within 5 mins, we were late again

tomorrow will be having GB drill camp, torturous, tiring camp. Will be like half dead after break camp?

Going for GB camp, ~~that means i can't meet up with Ai people and Mdm~~, means that i can't go for Welfare Outing(oh well, bad enough okay ): ) and also i can't go for Investiture Rehearsal.

Very irritating, why must GB camp put on the 18th? GRRRRRR

yesterday had a whole day fun @ escape.

at first, i was surprised by the number of people going. But then it still turned out very fun.

we sat 89 and we went pass this canal, two men is like fishing for fish @ that dirty little canal-.-

we went for flipper, which don't flip but turn and turn. FUN!

then we went for family coaster, we like sat it for more than 5 times yesterday-.-

they went for wet & wild, i didn't. (: we went for viking, i can just die there.

we sat the aeroplane, the children one, its very thrilling(sarcastic)._.

then we went for lunch, all the food there is like super $$. but later we went choochoo train, its the most enjoyable thrilling ride-.-

we went for haunted house, its so fake but still scary.

then they went for yakult, but i never go (:

we went Go Kart, we need to queue like super long but its super duper fun really, we can just speed like mad dog on the road.

today had fun in ava room :)
we had sec 1 workshop, i just went there to be kpo.
it was rather short, as compared to last year's one. IBG was very boring.
the good thing is: we didnt need to sit through the school vision, mission, and the core values part :)
and the actual thing welfare supposed to do, we all never do._.
its fun. and the funniest thing was.. this year 15 GIRLS wanted to be in welfare, no guys.
speaking of girl power!
event support, all guys wanted to be in there, no girls. Public relation has 4-5 guys wanted to go in, no girls. Training had both gender.
I just learnt how tie a tie :)
but.. i already forget how tie a tie again ):

had hell load of fun yesterday with yenna and clement,
we went crazy, laughing our ass off and start skipping around like small kids (or maybe only me skipped like small kid ._. BUT ITS STILL COOL okay)
at first, we didnt know where to go and ended up at harbourfront-.-
then at first, i got this crazy idea of walking the Henderson Waves and treetop wearing slippers
-.-
but later we still landed in vivo, and spent the most time at the "pond" or "small swimming pool" or whatever it is, and a GRASS poke my butt.-.-
and we saw this group of kids playing with tissue in water, they just leave it there after playing with it, and the adult didnt care, so we were like wth, so disgusting with the wet tissue pieces all floating around ._.

oh did i tell you all?
i am happily engaged to the Mr Pole, we married happily in the Northeast MRT line and yenna, clement as witnesses, everyone in the train as my audiences. :)
Any girls go hug him, hold him or get near my Pole, you will get it, heheh.

I AM BACK FROM CORPORAL TRAINING CAMP O9 SAFELY!
Dont worry, i didnt break any arms or legs.

PART 1

on 30 may
we made our way to Anglican High and reached around 0730.
and I AM IN GRP AI(爱) *awkward name* with fun loving people from different companies.
we had IBG and lunch.
NDP girls went for NDP.-.-
LUNCH! Its so much, you can eat until you want to cry. ITS ALOT CAN.
and we had to finish every grain.
Next we had Session 1 (Leaders in the making) with sir.
it was very meaningful.
He asked this question: Leadership, is this a nature or nurture?
He asked: Who do leaders lead?
his answer was : Everybody, Somebody, Busybody, a Nobody and ' ONE ' body(yourself)
He asked again: Are you a Thermometer or a Thermostat?
(yahh, so those see this qn, think through.)

i wonder whats like to lead GB.

Then we had DRILLS.
we learnt proper reporting skills.
DINNER! i hate makan time now lor, although the rice was cut half because of all our feedbacks, i still eat until i want to cry. its ALOT can.
next we had DEVOTION ((((: i love it!(not cause of the aircon okay.)
and inspection for area cleaning.
i clean and pick up every strand of hair until i want to cry. (urgh, why must people drop hair esp. girls?!)
we took a long time because of tons of re-inspection.
next we had bunk inspection.
supper, debrief, wash up, lights off @2330.

on 31 may
rise and shine @0630.
i was the first to sleep,last to wake up:X
then had morning PT. quite simple lor.
then quiet time, breakfast(nice!(:) next DRILLS again.
urgh, standing next to Anglican & St's Hilda ones, make me feel so lousy in my drills. ):
then had Session 2(Leadership styles)
meaningful but i dont really catch the meaning._.
was half awake half the time.
LUNCH! grrrr, hate it. eating mushrooms after mushrooms.
then we had HOUSE AGAPE. its a cool cool game.
then session 3(listening and public speaking).
was half awake too._.
then we had briefing and bidding for food.
we got luncheon meat and braised peanuts, vege, eggs, instant noodles for outdoor cooking for dinner. and had dessert!
dessert was coolcool, but i was washing the matchtin, by the time i come back, i only got the syrup and had to wash another matchtin, like wth-.-
dinner was very nice, but too little lor, still hungry.

then SURPRISE in the carpark ! (((:
shower, area cleaning(not as bad as the other one), debrief, supper, wash up and lights off @0130.

on 1 june.
rise and shine @ 0530.
change to full uniform and then toilet inspection for area cleaning. then quiet time.
then session 4 was changed to group time, got to know other companies better.
after that was session 5, aiyo boring one, i was dozing off (cant blame me, too tired).
then DEVOTION(((((:
then evaluation, our group was the best group (((: 3 CHEERS TO AI!
and break camp @1330. ((:

I DO MISS THE CAMP, I MISS THE PEOPLE IN MY GROUP, each and every one, although we come from different schools and companies, although we only got to know each other for 3 days 2 nights, we bonded well(:
and now after the 3 days 2 nights, we are going back to our own company, and i will never forget the crazy times we had together, hope that we can meet up soon :)

oh also, the past few days in CTC, i miss SEC 2 CAMP ALOT and i believe you guys miss it too right! :)

I AM BACK FROM SEC 2 CAMP!
it was a whole load of fun! (((:
cannot believe that, i just went through this camp which i thought was fun, and even felt that time was passing too fast.
And you know what, my primary 5 campsite, MOE Jalan Bahtera Adventure Centre, was just opposite this sec 2 campsite. Really bring back lots of memories.
Primary 5, i remember that i didn't had as much fun as sec 2. The bunks there were nicer, food too, toilet too, however sec 2 camp is really much better.

on 27 may,
i was like, did not want to go, wanted to give up. When we reached SARIMBUN SCOUT CAMP, it got even worst.
The whole place were full of frogs, toads, all kinds of insects, wild animals.
We(the girls) were like "eeeeeeeee, so many flies! eeeeeee, so many ants! eeeeeee, so many mud one!"
We got to know our trainers, Fiz & Siti, then have short briefing. Then our "bedroom" is our tents with floorboards-.- So small yet have to squeeze with 8 people.
Then we had lunch and maths lessons, challenge valley. The food needs improvement-.-
We saw a toad, we yelled like crazy._.
At night, we had song sessions and night hike.
NIGHT HIKE WAS FUN, really super fun. Its so dark, you cant even see your 10 fingers, we had to trust that our friends will lead the correct way and count on our other senses.
We heard elephants._.
Sleeping in the tents is very horrible-.- Insects came to visit us, bugs came running to us.

on 28 may
rise and shine! Early the morning we went kayaking for LESS THAN 45 MINS-.-
Spent alot of time, carrying the kayaks. the shore was like filled with rocks, and a few people injured. Then blogging, then high elements, then lunch, then activities.
TROLLEYS WAS FUN! super fun, really. then we had rock wall.
woo~ chinkeong very pro! (((((((((:
then we had CAMPFIRE! super duper fun too, but very short lor. ):

on 29 may
rise and shine! Earlier the morning, we had area cleaning.
all the tents are like so dirty, i cant believe we spent 2 nights inside there ._.
We saw toads again, but this time round, we didnt exactly yell, we started playing and teasing it.
We saw ants again, we didnt yell like girls, we started playing with it.
We saw mud, we didnt shout, we started sitting on it. We like change within 3 days 2 nights._.
then finally we break camp.

I REALLY MISS THE CAMPSITE AND THE TRAINERS AND THE RESIDENTS OF THE CAMPSITE(BUGS). ):

i cant believe it, 2 days ago, i didnt wanted to go for sec 2 camp, 2 days later, i miss the camp so much and i did not want to leave. 2 days ago, i was so disgusted by the mud and insects. And now, i miss not being able to sit/step the mud, chase the insects away, missing the campsite, missing the open air shower, miss the times when we change in the tents.
i miss the trainers and i know they miss us too (((:

The campsite is really cool, as cool as the trainers. I want to sit/ step on mud and chase bugs away, bathe in the open shower and change in tents!
I was very lucky that i went, which i almost didnt want to. ((((:
that night, your hands held mine so tight although its just for official reason and for a short time, but i was so happy, i wish that you will never let go or even loosen your grip.
oh also, i think i should start preparing for hell in Corporal's camp, going to be treated like dogs again.

If i got tired of city like life, i should just run to some place like the campsite and stay there for good.

today is our so-called last day of school, as after that we will be having our holidays.
and i am so going to miss school although sometimes (or rather most of the times) it really seriously tiring, irritating, annoying and sucky. ):
tomorrow is the day, currently getting all mentally prepared for hell(camp).

just flew back from leadership workshop. One Word: beneficial. First workshop ever i really enjoyed. Waking up early and spenting time in AVA was worth it :)
Really, i am not lying. Took home lots of things, as in not physical things(except for the bearbear sticker._.).
We had small lectures and fun games in between.
Lectures are kept short and sweet yet beneficial. Games were short(too short-.-) and fun, and we learnt skills along the way.
Had fun loving trainers + fun loving trainees = whole load of fun :)
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :D
